Conversation started Wednesday Aman Vashisth 10/9 10:39pm Aman Vashisth on 04/02/2013 i get connection of tikona digital networks with user id 1107877593 and i have paid 2000rs for it and after 1 week internet stopped and i called their customer care and they send a engineer and he told that their AP is down and after few days they told that now they stopped their range in my area so i emailed them for disconnection and get many calls from their many department like technical,billing etc but they did not disconnect it and instead of refund they send me another bill and after that they charged me 1500rs for not giving them their modem back but actually they have given me connection from other modem which is already installed on that building and even used their wire for the same which means they have not installed any instrument or anything. S

o not possible to give them anything back so i did not pay my bi stop sending them request of my refund but few days ago from number 01130150220 on last sunday of sept 2013 and a lady told me that i have only 1 hour to pay my bill and she told me that she is speaking on behalf of government from tees hazari court delhi not on behalf on tikona and if i did not pay my bill then i may penalty of 40000 rs from court so to avoid any risk i paid my bill of rs 2361 on 29/09/2013 with id 83862647 but when i checked google i found that many people got call from that number saying same so it is clear that the lady was not speaking on behalf of government and she lied to me .you can check tikona forum full of same frauds http//forum.tikona.in/viewforum.phpf=41&sid bc582e48e37610619c18f335344aae2f and many other companies also do the same.

I have lost more than 4000 rs and they mentally harassed me.
