Hi, I had been using broadband connection from Tikona Digital Networks from 9th June 2011 till 15th of Jan 2012. The problem started when I had initiated a transfer of connection request from my earlier address to a new location. Because of this connection transfer process, I was not able to use their services from 3rd of December 2011 to 7th of January 2012. The connection was shifted to this new place on 7th of January 2012. On 15th of January 2012 the connection was terminated on account of overdue of payments. Ever since then I have not used their services. As per the bill dated 15th of Jan 2011, the total outstanding amount is 2288.35 rupees. I have not used their services for 5 weeks and I have been charged for that period. I had called on to their customer care numbers only to learn that these amounts would be adjusted after I pay the amount mentioned in their bill. I did not make any payment as they did not adjust the bill. From December 2012 I have been receiving calls from a Third party from Delhi asking me to pay the dues as soon as possible or be ready to get the matter being settled in a court in Delhi. I am literally shocked with this. As of today, the Tikona Digital Network site shows I have an outstanding payment of 3081 rupees. Please help me out with this. Adjustment of the billed amount, full waiver for the period during which I have not used their broadband connection. Full waiver of the late fees imposed on the disputed bill amount.
