Tikona – Excess money taken by force

I was using Tikona Broad band service for last 3 and half years. My user ID was 1102325389. Since december 2013 I was not getting proper service from them, I tried to reach them but no proper responce received from their end and because of that monthly bill was pending. After several discussion they ware confirmed over mail that my net outstanding was Rs. 1661. Suddenly I got a call from 9212362xxx and introduced herself as advocate in delhi city civil court and forced me to pay Rs. 3200 (transaction ID 1102325389TPC120314110347). After that I lodgged complain to their customer care for refund of excess amount. In reply to that I got 3-4 calls from them and everybody was asking for the refund of their modem instead of listening to my word. Catagorically I told them to refund my excess amount and take back their modem which is lying at my residence. I do not want to continue with them and I want my money to be refunded and would like to teach them so that they may not do the same thing with other people
