Tikona – faced slow speed issue and frequent disconnection poor service by centre

I am Praveen from Chennai, my Tikona net user ID is 1109262287. I have taken the connection on 25-Oct-2013 and opted for 2mbps speed for 3 months. It worked fine for few days and after around a week passed, we faced slow speed issue and frequent disconnection. I have raised complaints regarding this every day and the problem is not f solved till one month. Connect is too slow as it became 90kbps and can’t even open basic google page. Month passed away by assuring me that the issue will be solve the next day on each day call. So I have raised cancellation and it took around 20 days to get it done after frequent calls. Now when asked for refund, the told that it will be only Rs.634 (The remaining amount after charging for 3 months) which is wrong. when insisted by calling the customer care last week. The team has called me for the confirmation and told that the can refund only Rs.634 from the total paid Rs.4000 (the Rs.634 is the balance amount after charging 3 months). I have used net only for 10 days and charged for 3 months. When asked the executive says that problem will be fixed, I have to wait till it get fixed and as I have asked for cancellation voluntarily, I have to bare the charges. I said that this is not fair, he told so he will investigate and haven’t reverted till now.. My points is, I have given almost a month to fix the problem, should I have to wait more with out cancellation. Every time when we call the customer care, it says the messages are recorded, I want to team to go thru each of them and understand. It is Tikona’s inefficiency for not provide the service all these day at my area. If the can able to use net, why I would cancel it (After investing for the Router and paying Rs.4000 in advance).

I want the proper refund amount by charging the initial 10 days.
