Tikona – False Billing and Non Refund of payment no response from company

I, Santosh Gupta was a customer with Tikona Broadband with my customer number: 1105302235. I terminated my services with them on 26/05/2013 and made a full and final payment of Rs 235.57 for the same. I returned the CPE device on 23/05/2013 and i have a receipt for the same. (Attaching the copy of the same) The company generated an invoice against me on 26/8/2013 stating that i have not submitted the CPE device. I told the executive that i have submitted the CPE device. Later i received a call stating that he is from Legal Branch, Delhi High Court and i should make the payments for the dues as soon as possible to avoid any legal consequences. He told me to make the request payment to avoid any trouble and the amount will be refunded to me after the settlement with the company. Now, even after several attempts and talking to the respected company they are refusing to refund my money.

I want the company to apologize for there mistakes and want full compensation of my money.
