I had a Tikona connection user id – 1105419253 in my wife’s name (Pratibha Ganesh Pawar, mob – 9819102822). The connection had frequent problems and I have raised several complaints since one of their tower was removed and I was not getting connectivity. Complaint numbers (2012) as below: 1-2393797822 18 July 12:11 PM 1- 2395437939 19 July 1:00 AM 1-2416121141 6 Aug 10:50 1-2416442963 6 Aug 6:20 PM Follow up till August 10. After getting completely frustrated I asked them to disconnect the service as per complaint registered on August 6. My billing date was 13 August and advance payment was done till August 13. Since August 6 was disconnection request their device was collected by their service person on August 10. In this case actually I should be receiving a refund of 7 days but instead of that they kept sending me bill for next 2 months despite of the fact that I did not even have their device to login. I never asked for credit then why as per their system my connection continued for next 2 to 3 months. My wife started receiving harassing calls after that for bill payment which was completely undue. After few months my wife started getting threatening calls about court action and when I asked them to send court notice they simply hang up. More over not just the recovery people but also their customer care people are really bad in treating customers over phone.
I want Tikona to send me a correct settlement bill refunding my advanced payment for 7 days. Besides 10,000 Rs for the mental harassment to my wife and false billing and bad behavior.
