I subscribed a tikona’s service on 12th of DEC 2013. I subscribed for Medium Usage ,Monthly Plan ADBBM699 . This plan is for 3 months and i had paid in advance .Therefore my subscription should ends on 12 of March 2014.My userid : 1109477975 Tikona by mistake , without notifying me ,had subscribed a higher amount Monthly plan ADULM2048 .I did not know that I was using different plan till the end .Due to changed plan bill got generated ,for which I inquired about the bill but no response came.Further on 24th Feb I request for disconnection then tikona’s team asked me to paid the outstanding bill Rs 492. I refused to pay because Its Tikona mistake to subscribe me the different plan .I had already paid advance for 3 months. I must pay what I had subscribed .Now Tikona harassing me since February 2014 .Threatening me with legal consequences.Disturbing me over my phone. On 27th of April ,they threaten me that they had filed a case against me in Delhi Civil Court..

I request the concerned department to look forward in this case .help me from further harassment. I request the court to condemn the Tikona for cheating to any one and me in terms of some compensation
