Hello, I would like to bring into your notice that i have experienced breaching of Service agreement from Tikona Digital Networks agreed at the time of sale of broadband services.Moreover, Despite of 20 minutes conversation with online support services on daily basis for past 20 days i found my self very Bothered and Exasperated as i have not received any positive resolution from Tikona Digital Networks for past 20 days except the deceptive and fabricated promises from Tikona Digital Networks end. It’s very unfortunate for me to be a easy prey of such corrupt services of Tikona Digital Networks. i do also request you please please take appropriate action against Tikona Digital Networks so that it should stop tempting customers with such fake and cheap promises like 4 Mbps speed etc. Kindly look into matter on urgent and priority basis and supply positive resolution. Else, I have also requested Tikona Digital Networks to take back their mechanisms installed at my home and return my money withholding the charges for the internet usage in preceding 20 days, which shall be negligible.Details of the services purchased from Tikona Digital Networks are mentioned below.
