Tikona – Internet Connection not working properly

Dear sir, I have this Tikona connection since more than a year now. Since last December, the connection is not working properly and I had been requesting the team to fix the same. The Technical service team does not come to my home to fix the issue and they have been trying to disconnection the connection saying there is no feasibility. When it was sold they said there is feasibility and now they are deviating. Also The improper services causing a lot of trouble for my office work as I need a good continuous internet speed, for which I am paying to Tikona.

I need the connection to be fixed permanently. I donot want a disconnection as I do not have any other internet service provider in my area. Please help.
