I am facing the internet connectivity issue since one month, net comes and goes , comes and goes come and goes also they charge for 4 mbps and their speed is 2 to 3 mbps only. When I call them they provide me temporary resolutions , i am asking them change the device but they are saying we will fix it remotely and issue comes again. They are misguiding every customers , Please take proper actions. We need to be strict against such telecom Companies who do not provide such services. I am complaining here because it is last option anD it is second time I am lodging my complain against same company. I am helpless & totally frustrated. I deal with overseas clients and I have lost many clients cause their bad service. Please save us with this kind of companies
