I am using tikona wi-broad band science last 2years apx. And recently from last 2months I have shifted my connection to my new home. But at my new location Internet is not working properly and I have raised complains many time regarding the same. But they always say issue will be resolved soon. But again some time internet works and some times does not works. I have made 28 complains in 2 months. But still facing same issue, internet some times work and some times does not works.

Refund for all the money which i have pain in these duration, yes defiantly i have also used internet when it is working fine, but when i really want to user internet for some productive work it does not worked so it should give me refund of these money which i have paid.
