Dear Sir/ Madam, I was using ADBF2048K broadband plan of Tikona since few years, however when I got message that my bundle usage is about to exhaust, I decided to change my plan to Unifi3999 plan so, I made online payment through Tikona self care. The system shown me Rs. -1133.40 as outstanding and asked me to do payment of Rs. 2865.60. So I made online payment of same on 01/08/2013 (Gateway Id 78791146, Transaction Id – 1100927125TPC0108132208862). But when I was trying to log in, I was again getting the same message. So I logged in to tikona selfcare, where account was showing Rs. 80.87 as outstanding. I made the payment for the same on 03/08/2013 (Payment RefId 1-19H6Y9Z). But again message was same. So, I called tikona customr care (Ms. Pooja), she told me that my account showing Rs. 32.36 as outstanding. So I made payment of Rs. 35 online (Payment RefId 1-19HEZOW), but nothing happened. I call customer care one more time, the representative put me on hold and disconnected my call. Again I called again the result was same.
Rs. 2981.47 that I had paid against the Unifi3999 plan + Rs. 1133.40 balance against my previous plan + Rs. 2500 for wasting my valuable time and inconvenience Total Rs. 6614.87 as compensation
