i was a user of broadband service of tikona digital networks pvt. limited. My plan was ADULM2048, which was a advance rental plan of amount Rs 999 per month for unlimited usage. now my problem is that they sell there plan by saying it as a unlimited plan with a speed of 2 mbps with no speed cap. But later i came to know that thwey are providing this speed speed till 50 gb & then after internet speed decreased to a very low speed & also i was getting very low speed which is not in my expectations. On getting fed up with this very low speed, i decided to terminate my services, so on 11/10/12 i send them a e- mail from my official id – s.vikas@maruti.co.in to terminate my account. As this was a advance rental plan, i already payed the entire amount, but on 15/10/12 i got a email of bill amount from tikona of billed amount of Rs 2326.41 (BILL NO. – BI-40433021). i donot know how they imposed such a amount on me as my plan rental was only rs 999. So i send them email to clarify the bill amount, on that mail they had not replied to me. then after on 15- 11-12, I recieved a bill(BILL NO. B1-40985477) of amount Rs 1448.77 with a recurring charge of rs – 870.10(negative,minus) i.e. Rs 870.10 is subtracted from the amount of Rs 2326.41 & the final bill amount was 1448.77, in which a late fee of Rs 100 is included. THEN AFTER ON 15/12/12, i recieved a bill (BILL NO. B1-414907150) with a charge of late fees of Rs 100 & final bill amount is Rs 1548.77 . bill (BILL NO. B1-42120882) OF 15/1/13 was Rs 1648.77 with a late fees of Rs 100. Now they send me a final notice email on 10/june/13 to pay a amount of Rs 2326 in which waiver of Rs 822 with in 7 days, if don’t pay with in 7 days then amount will goes to Rs 3148. Now this time again i donot know how this amount goes to Rs 3148. i am sending replies to their mails regarding the clarification of amount, but they did not replied to my any mail. they are providing me unnecessary mental tension.
the clarification in bill amount & i donot think so there is any amount i have to pay as my plan was a advance rental plan.
