Tikona – now forcing us to pay the extra amount

Hi , we have logged the complaint for disconnection on 24 th Nov & their engineer collected equipments and cables from us on Th 27 Nov. however its still not disconnected & we have been served a future bill from 14 th Dec to 25th Dec. for services which we will never use as we don’t have any equipments (they already collected it). but are now forcing us to pay the extra amount of 505RS.

we are being forced to pay for services which we don’t plan to & have not used.
