i had requested for termination of service with tikona in august, which they did with a clause that i would return the CPE to the company. i had tried from my side to return the equipment to them but the executive did not collect it from me. on any given day and time he never showed up. i sent email to customer care regarding this but they did not respond. now after 3 months they have sent me bill with charges of 1500 Rs for not returning the equipment. this is not acceptable by me since i tried from my side to return it to the company. please advice what can i do to avoid these false charges
i am willing to return the equipment, it is of no use to me. they should come and collect the equipment and should not charge me for this miss handling from their side.
