we have been complaining tikona to fix the speed issue for last three months.to get better consistency we opted for their highest plan which is 4 mbps.but they are not even able to provide at least 1 mbps consistantly. most of the times the speed is below 500kbps.and we pay rs 1500 for this kind of pathetic service.

WE WANT THE SERVICE TO BE FIXED AND GET COMPENSATED FOR THE DAYS WE COULD NOT USE THE SERVICE.
