16 sept 2013: connection started 23 sept 2013: connection stopped working 1 month and tikona people were not able to fix the connection issue. 26 oct 2013: I applied for disconnection 27 oct 2013: Disconnected services refund request generated. No refund till now, every time i call the executive says it will be resolved in 2 days but nothing happens.
unable to do my office work from home due to no connectivity. i am calling tikona almost every 2day, they take my request, promises to complete it in next 2 days but nothing happens.
my entire refund + apology letter from tikona for not providing right services.
