Hi, My tikona Account No. is 119527516 and customer id is 1107990242.I was using tikona broadband service for more than a year when I started facing the service outage. Also I made many requests of static IP which they failed to provide me despite of my many emails and phone calls to customer care (I filled and sent scan copy of static IP request form) but they failed to provide ( I still wonder why they didn’t want me provide it where they are charging extra yearly subscription fee for that). Since they did not fulfil my request I finally requested for termination of my service on in 2nd week of march 2014. I had to make many calls to customer service to find the status of my termination request. I finally got an email about the termination confirmation and they asked me to submit the devices which I did in 1-2 days. They sent me final settlement bill and they charged full month bill. I asked the clarification that they already terminated my service why should I pay next month bill? Also I was paying advance bill so it technically i paid for extra days and they sent me email that my usage was till 2 April so I have to pay full month bill. I questioned they why they took so long to terminate my service that it falls in another bill cycle. I said either they should charge me as per usage or show me the policy which says I have to pay the full month amount. I did not receive any response on that . Then after long I received the email in which they mentioned that they will go in court against me if I don’t pay now. I said I will not pay until I get my answers. Today a person called me from mobile no. +91 8107718xxx and said he is calling from delhi court and I need to pay the amount. I said I will not pay until I get my answers from the company and he started treating and abusing me. He said I will face consequences if I wont pay. I said I will not pay and go to legal way. I am so surprised why they are not sending me the clarification and making it complicated. I never denied to pay but I wont pay until they show me the prof of that. Now I am thinking to file a complain against this company as its not a matter of one month bill but the way they behaving is not tolerable
