I had opted for the broadband connection with Tikona few years back (2011) and got the connection with details as monthly charge will be approx Rs 1300 with usage of 15 GB and speed 4 MBPS and after 15 GB it will be low band as 256 KBPS. After a month usage we were not satisified with the broadband and asked to close the connection which was confirmed by the customer care that its closed and then a huge bill come with amount of 3000 which was not suppose to because I already payed the amount of that month in advance while taking the connection. After that day many times Tikona called for the bill payment and I explained them the exact scenario of the situation that it was not suppose to come and by mistake they have charged that amount. But after that also they keep on calling and I keep them explaining the same thing. In first place they give BILL LIMIT GUARANTEE which says whatever plan you have taken that amount will come on your bill and after the limit og usage your bill will not exceed but speed will be reduced to 256kbps. Then how come my bill amount reached that much. After few months they stopped calling with my valid explanation but again on 2013 early month one person called threatening me that they have filed a complain in court that I have not payed the bill to Tikona and it will be waived off if I pay the same. As I didn’t want to entertain any court issue I genuinely payed the whatever amount of 3000 which I was not suppose to. After that no call nothing came and today I received one email from Tikona stating a bill amount of 3000 which is very annoying and limit crossed issue. Please file a complain against TIKONA for first of Charging wrong bill with no limit , 2nd THREATENING me for taking this to Court and forcing me to pay the bill and 3rd again bugging me for paying huge amount of bill.

I want to get my money back of 3000 which I was not suppose to pay and want to get relief from these people keep on sending me bill to pay.
