Tikona – unavailability of proper service

I took the Tikona internet connection a/c id 1107970777 on Feb 21, 2013 and paid Rs 7100 for 6 months. Due to unavailability of proper service in my area, I started complaining from very 2nd day. After repeated complains I finally requested for disconnection on April 11. Since I was not able to use the service since the day of connection ie Feb 21, so I am looking for full refund of Rs7100. I contacted Tikona several times but there is no response from them. Request you to please help in this regards to get me full refunds of Rs7100.
