Last payment date of bill for the prepaid account:-13/06/2013 ( 967 INR ) Service Disconnection Request Date:- 25/06/2013(Time:-08:32pm) Service billing Date :- 26th of the respective month. Given disconnection Reference number :- 1-2714287192(on 25/06/213) • As mention above detail of reference I have been through inconvenience and mental harassment from Tikona even after proper response and proper disconnection from my side. A short Summary of all related incidents are given below. 1). Date:-25/06/2013 Contacted Tikona official Person name– Mr. ARMAAN -I have given my full and final disconnection request on above date and was told to no necessity of further disconnection procedure from my side. 2).Date 26/06/2013 received an email stating summary of few days are going to take from Tikona side for disconnection 3).Date 29/06/2013 unfair generation bill from asking me to pay amount of 1041.22 INR. 4).In between 29th June to 3rd July i have got a call from Tikona asking me the reason of disconnection. That time I have put the issue of unfair generated bill of 1041.22. i was told to wait till for the full and final settlement and was told to ignore the bill. 4).Date 04/07/2013 received an e-mail from Tikona stating confirmation of connection termination done on dated 26/06/2013. 5).Date 10/07/2013 received an e-mail subjected Full and final amount calculation asking me payable amount of 218 INR. –>in the morning of the same date on 10th july 2013 i got a call from collection department of TIKONA from Miss/Mrs Chitra demanding payment of 218 INR –> after this on the same day i have called to tikona and talked to the billing department and raised an issue regarding above unfair billing. tikona official promised me to arrange a call a back from higher authority within 24 hours.which didn’t come till 19th July 2013 until once again i had to call which i am going to describe below. 6).from 11/07/2013 to 18/07/2013 almost every day i was getting a demand call from your collection department either in terms of system generated calls or most of the times call from its official people demanding amount of 218 INR. 7).Date 19/07/2013 I have received a call from tikona collection department from official and demanded to pay a bill of almost 1042 INR. On complaining about this unfair demand and also pointed out about previous unfair demand of 218 INR. But i was told that she doesn’t has any information about any of these issue (which shows lake of communication between TIKONA departments) and I was asked to contact the customer car
•Following proof shows that I am not liable to pay any amount to Tikona further. –> My disconnection request on 25/06/2013. –> Session data for last usage print-out of my account (taken from Tikona website) which is checked by myself on 22/07/2013 & on 02/08/2013, which shows no data usage after 25th June 2013. –> Tikona conformation e-mail (dated 4th July 2013) states about termination conformation was done from Tikona side on 26/06/2013. –> A call from Tikona supervisor Ms/Mrs Nidhi on 19/07/2013 telling me no need of payment of any amount further. • I am here to give my all possible co-operation and If you want I can assist to provide you with necessary documents and all records as Proofs for my above Note. Above pints clearly enough to indicate that I am not liable to pay any amount to Tikona. Based on fair Policy, I want Tikona to close my acoount and wishing no any re-demand from Tikona or their Recovery agents or their any other official. In case of unfair demand or ignoring this complaint, I will have no other choice rather than going to Consumer Court. Hoping be Favored. Thank You.
