I used to have a broadband connection from Tikona till May 2013 in Noida, UP are. After moving from Noida to Bangalore, I got my connection deactivated for Tikona Service ID No 1106603624. I recieved a confirmation from Tikona for my connection termination on 7th June 2013 and i recieved a full and final settlement confirmation from Tikona on 11th June 2013. Attaching the same for your reference. I recently contacted Tikons regarding CPE device recovery confirmation and they have sent me an email confirmation for the recovery as well. Attaching the same as well. Tikona Collection Agents and Legal cell have been calling me incessantly for past 3 weeks for recovery of Rs 1107/- and CPE device charges in case it is not resturned. Attaching one such email as well. I have sent them emails to explain me the charges, but they do not give any explanation and in turn threaten with dire consequence
I want this unecessary harassment to end and company be penalised for this behavior. The penalty money should go for public good and should be a lesson for such companies.
