Tikona: Very poor Service Broadband, Bhandup mumbai

I had subscribed to the Tikona Broadband in thane. My customer id is 1108213397.They had charged me upfront 4500 Rs. for which again a receipt has not been issued and this was an online payment which was made. Tikona had promised a speed of 2mbps unlimited speed.In the initial days the service was extremely good. But subsequently in the past 2-3 months, there has been no connectivity. On calling up their helpline, they always say that the issue is getting resolved and wait for some time. I have waited for nearly 3 months. I have called them numerous times, even dropped a mail to their customer care and the appellate authority without any respite. As a last resort I am writing to you in desperation to take action against them. First they have taken 3 months rental in advance, not issued a receipt and over that are not giving speeds which they have promised.

I have no internet conenction and they have unnecessarily caused mental harrassment. my wife’s business has been affected by this.

at least restoration of serivce at the speed promised, if not then refund for the number of days they have not been able to give me serivce.
