I’m Jitendra. My customer id is – 1107484641. I complained about my connection’s speed problem on 10th May. My complaint no was – 3630660. I’ve issue that my plan is for 4 mbps and I’m not getting even 1 mbps speed and sometimes net is total not works. After complaint no engineer visit was happened and I got message from Tikona side that your problem has been resolved. How can it possible without engineer visit. I can’t open even like facebook & google sites with this speed. After that i’ve been done 2 complains also but not getting any answer from tikona.

I want 1 month bill and guilty from company .
