In-spite of registering complaints several times regarding extremely low speed Tikona Broadband internet connection, yet the issue is not resolved. On the last occasion your technician visited my premises for resolving said issue and he left without doing anything. I had again reported to your technical team that low speed issue still persist. I am unable to know for what reasons I am being charged such heavy charges when I am getting internet speed than below average. I had specifically opted for high speed internet connection plan on your promise that I will receive same connection speed which was shown to me at the time of demo. This is in clear terms fraud / cheating being played on your part by luring customers to fraudulent promises.
Kindly let me know specific time within which said problem will be resolved. Further if I do not get resolution over my complaint within a short span I will be taking up this issue before media and social blogging websites so that other common people should not get cheated by such fraudulent promises of yours.
