Tikona WiFi /WiBro Broadband Speed Test – A Detailed Review on promise Vs Performance – Part 2

Regarding the extremely low speed Tikona WiBro Broadband connectivity issue which I am raising from Aug-13, which is still not resolved by your EXPERT TEAM. Again on 26th Oct 2013 I had called to the technical support team, during the said conversation my call was transferred to the senior technical team. The concerned person of the senior technical team had remotely tested the connectivity issues, wherein he reached to the conclusion that there is a fault in the device / machine installed on my roof and he assured me that this issue will finally resolved within 24hrs and he also promised me that he’ll personally monitor for getting the issue resolved. On the same day I received a text message that “TIKONA SERVICE COMPLAINT NUMBER 4184226 IS ASSIGNED TO AKSHAY LOLGE AT MOBILE NO 9594043993.

On the same day i.e. 26th Oct at about 09PM I was shocked to see a text message from Tikona stating that your technical issue is attended. Please answer our verification call. Inspite of the fact that no person attended the technical issue. After that on 27th Oct morning two times I received verification call which I attained and pressed “2” for informing that my technical issue is still not yet resolved.

On 27th Nov 2013 at about 05 PM I called Mr. Akshay Lolge on the given mobile number and he confirmed that he will visit my premises max by 06.30 PM, but he never turned up. After waiting for him I again called to technical support team on 29-Oct-13. One Mr. Rohan from Sr. Technical team attained my call again I gave him entire history, Mr. Rohan confirmed that by evening one technician will visit my premises and he will resolve the low speed issue. In the evening One Mr. Shrikant Khaire visited my premises and he has done all the network tests, after that he reached to the conclusion that the problem is with the access point and he informed that he has escalated the same to the concerned department as the issues regarding access point are monitored and handled by some other team of Tikona. In the presence of Mr. Shrikant Khaire I again called technical support team at about 06 PM. One Mr. Ashwin from Sr. Technical team attained my call and he also discussed with Mr. Shrikant Khaire. After the said discussion Mr. Ashwin confirmed me that within next 24 Hrs the Low Speed issue will be completely resolved and he will make necessary and required arrangements.

After that since 08 PM of 29th Oct 2013 the internet connection is completely stopped working. It is not even loading Login page of tikona. Hence this is for your urgent attention and immediate action.
