dear sir/madam, I get broadband connection from tikona with 2 mbps speed on date 26-06-2013 but my speed is not either 2 mbps nor still connected all time. Every time i will face from very slow speed problem when i complained about it. He told me your signal is very poor, i fixed your problem shortly but each time after few hour i will get same problem. 8 to 10 time i register complained regarding poor speed but he/she not resolved my problem properly and no one came to solve this problem. At the time of demo engineers visit my home and he told me here signal strength is very high and you will get 4 mbps speed easily but after getting connection i m not getting 1 mbps speed properly. I m totally disappointed from tikona service. He cited me for this service I pay 3100 rupees.

video streaming is not working properly due to slow network problem and that’s a main problem to attend any live classes (live video classes). So i am losting my all classes due to this type of problem.

i want to refund my money (3100) with harassment.
