Last year on 5th January 2012 i took connection (by paying basic plan 600 + tax + installation charges 600) and that did not worked i raised many complaints to fix the issue but it was not resolved after 2 week i raised formal request terminate the connection on 14 January 2012 and i stopped using internet, in feb their executive called me and told me to try for 2-3 day and he insist for same and told it will be free usage and if does work then only i can continue. so I tried to use connection between 17-19 feb 2012 but it did not worked , again i raised complaint to terminate it immediately. After so many follow up finally i got confirmation for disconnecting internet. those guys have not refund my advance money 1200 rupees(which i paid as advance security deposit) and also now after one year i got call from their advocate saying that company is filling case against me and he told me to do out of court settlement and pay the money, they are saying that there is bill pending of 1200 from my side. i tried to call customer executive they assured that there was no usage from my side and i need not to worry. but again today i got call from some Tikona advocate saying that i have to pay money otherwise i have to come to Delhi to fight case. Now my internet was never working and within 10 days i raised request to terminate the connection they purposefully did not disconnect the connection and now after one year they are blackmailing me by threatening to come to Delhi court. Now if I call customer care executive they say you feb 2012 bill was generated so I have to pay that. First of all I never used the connection as it was not at all working and after raising termination request on 14 Jan 2012 they did not disconnected the internet and keep on generating the forged bill for example by internet plan was 600 + tax (it should be less then 700 hundred ) and they generated 1200 rupees bill. I am already stressed because of this problem and you call center number is too much painful every time I call, I have to hold the phone for at least 30 mins most of time it happened i call your executive they put me on hold for 10-15 mins and call get disconnected and again i have to repeat same . I want my money back which I have paid initially as my internet did not worked. And i want a action against this fraud company for harassing its customers as they have done to me.
I want my money (1200 rupees) back which i have paid initially, i want an apology from Tikona in written for harassing me and generating bills for continuous 2 months after termination request. And compensation for mental harassment.
