sir, i have taken a tikona broadband plan, they told me the plan of 3000 for 3 months at the installation time, and after 3 months its 699 rs per months for unlimited 2 mbps speed but they activated the wrong plan with same charges, it only gives 512 kbps speed. i have called everyone with customer care and also told that i will complaint against you if you not solve my problem but simply they refuses it and still not act on same problem.

yes, they took 3000 at the installation time with wrong plan.

i just wanted the plan of 2 mbps unlimited, that they told me before installation. if this not happens they i want my money back.
