Dear Sir/Madame, My name is Avnish Mishra (Billing Account Number: 114 745 327 USER ID : 1103434949 Plan name- ADBB1099)and I had subscribd to a Rs. 1099/- Monthly broadband service of Tikona till February 2013. Due to their appaling quality of service and non-addresal of complaints I had requested disconnection of service multiple times in February and March. I was finally given a service request number 1-2621961458 for disconnection on 15th March. The company is refusing to disconnect the service and create a full and final settlement since last 5 months. I am also getting regular bills. The agents of this company impersonating as Delhi Police officer/Delhi High Court Judge/Advocate have been calling frequently. One such call is from 8058807458 by a person claiming to be Anil Mishra from Delhi Vikas Puri Police Station. I request you to get the company to adjust the pending bill against my advance deposit and create the full and final settlement. Please stop their agents from Harrasing me.
The poor quality of service and harrasment from their representatives has caused a lot of mental agony to me. Also, I had to miss almost 5 work-days waiting for their representative to collect the equipment and generate full and final settlement.
20,000/- INR for the loss of productivity, and mendtal harrasment by their recovery agents.
