I have ordered a geyser on 3/02/2014 and paid by my credit card. they gave me an expected date of delivery as 18/02/201. but they failed to deliver and did not communicated to me regarding any delay.Afterwards i called them and asked for cancellation of the order, but still they shipped the product to my place on 28th Feb-2014. Product came to me on 3-03-2014 and i refused it. Right from 18th feb i am demanding cancellation and refunding but they are just fooling me and not giving me any exact scenario.They never ever update any thing with my order status and complaint request status.
