My order for “B21189 – Nokia WH-510 Pop Headset Seap (Bright Red)” earphone vide Order No. 8000073749, dated 11-06-2014. It was promised by the vendor to deliver on 21-06-2014. I am keep on calling for more than five times by spending 15-20 minutes each to get clarification. As of now, even the item is in stock, they are not even shipped the product. Also the call centre persons do not respond properly on when will I get the product.

1. Paid Rs. 999/- to get the product on time. 2. Subsequently spent sum of Rs. 120/- for telephone to know the status 3. Frustrated as I could not get the product online and lost sleep.

Rs. 10000/- as compensation, as the supplier keep my money for fifteen days and more, also no commitment by this vendor
