This is a complaint of about the Career Resume Service which was purchased from Times Job.com by me. I introduce myself Nitin Kumar Mishra, purchased Career Resume Service whose Order No. is MZ289943 on dated 26 May 2011 from Times Job Portal. Before paying order I consulted with many Job search engine sites like Naukri.com, Monster.com, Shine.com & then with Times. I was thinking about my career which makes me to contact with them. Naukri.com was offering me the Resume Service for the period of 6 Months, Monster was offered this service for the period of 1 Year but when I talked with the Executive of Times offered me the Career Resume Service for the period of whole Life Time. He committed me that Times never offer service for 6 Months, 1 Year to the Job Seeker. They offer for the whole Life Time because if you wants Job or change after 1 year then again you will have to purchase such kind of resume service from them but we don`t do like that. Once we tie knot with you, we helps life time to make the career of Job Seeker and Experienced person but others Job search website never do like that. We helps Jobseeker to make their dream into reality. If you purchase then you will get your dream Job according to your qualification, Near by your home place. If you wants to switch/change your jobs in future, helps you life-time. We highlight those portfolio who purchase our service because we hide the Resume who is not our member. I was very impressed with these advantages/benefits offered from them. I purchased their resume service from Times Job.com as per the commitment offered by him. I paid Rs- 3275 through Net-banking to them. As per the commitment by him, I have not received any my dream Job, not got any response from Times Job.com. I am cheated & misguided by Times Job. Promised is not fulfilled as according to their commitment. When I discussed this matter with Times Job, they are trying to make this matter Topsy-Turvy. After long discussion by them, they said to me that you purchased the Career Resume Service only for 1 year. We never offer service for the Life Time. Even one of his executive has said to me that we have not sold such service whose order number started with MZ289943. They are not replying in proper way. I am very tired & cheated by them. My money made them wasted. I don`t know why such & their sales executive committed like that…?? Why they misguide Jobseeker…?? What can I do..?? Please response Asap. I need your help, because I don`t want that this will happen with others Jobseeker.

They return my Money or fulfill their promise as per the commitment from their Sales Executive.
