I am Aman Saini, a registered jobseeker with Times Jobs on www.timesjobs.com. Currently I am not a paid user. This is in regards to a phone call I received from a times jobs representative today i.e. Saturday 26/04/2014 from 0120 4337300. I did receive a call earlier as well from this number ans was explained about a few services that times jobs offers and I told the representative that I would have to think about the services before purchasing them. However today when I received the call, and I said I wasn’t interested, to my surprise, the caller, who called himself ‘Aarush’ in a horrid tone, asked me that why wasn’t I interested and why did I waste his colleagues time on the first call. Before I could put my point of view on the subject matter, Aarush, in a threating voice, disrupted me and threatened me by saying that he is going to block my resume on the website and hung up the phone line. Now my question to Times Jobs is, if you people want to force jobseekers into purchasing services from your website, why do you even let people sign up for free? Times Jobs should ask for a paid registration up front on the first place. What ingenuity people like Aarush bring to Times Jobs company by making such threatening calls. I think you people do not understand the state of mind a job seeker is in and that is why people from your company make such horrendous and threatening calls. I feel insulted and demand and explanation of such a rude behaviour from your representative. I am also marking this mail to the consumer complaint forum as well. I hope you people revert to me with a detailed explanation of as to why this happened, failing which I would have to press charges of harassment against times jobs.

I want a written explanation from times jobs as to why was I threatened and abused for not buying the services. I also want a written appoly from times jobs and Aarush who called me from 0120 4337300 regarding this issue.
