I arnab mukherjee was registered with times job and due to this they called me(Mr Umesh chowdhury/mob no01206133000) on 15/05/2014 to register into their paid services in order to get better job opportunity from the company, i registered with the company with an amount of 1300 transaction no. 1444198 paid through standard chartered debit card.today 16/05/2014 another person Mr Pankaj called from another no 11206107000 and is further insisting me to pay some Rs 5200. in order to place my name forward in gulf countries job market after a long discussion when i said that i cannot pay the amount and want some more time because i was not informed earlier,the person continuously insisted me and after a prolonged discussion over phone he simply replied that i shall not get any services from times job. My question is that if the company does really have such policy then why the service receivers are not informed and matters are kept in dark and secondly if i am not going to receive any services further then for what i have been made to pay the amount of Rs 1300/-.

I want the company either to refund the amount paid or provide me with the services that the person promised to deliver without charging any further bucks.
