My name is Harish Pathak (M. 8867570xxx). I work in Bangalore as a software engineer. I have my profile on timesjobs.com. In the month of February, 2014 I recieved multiple calls from timesjobs representatives, asking me to opt for paid service of the website as they claimed that there are some hidden jobs which are only for premium members and promised me to arrange interview calls for my preferred locations. Since I was also looking for a change & wanted to get a job closer to my native (Delhi/NCR region), I agreed to take the paid service. In total I have paid an amount of INR 34950 for various services. Now almost 9 months are over and I have not got a single relevant call from any company. I have taken up this matter with them but no output has come so far. The services provided by them are totally useless and fake. It seems that it is a trap made by timesjobs to cheat people like me who are desirous of making a job change for better career.

I want them to refund completely my money i.e. Rs. 34950 with interest and also pay me extra compensation of Rs. 5000 for the energy, time and money I spent in the follow-up with them. Not to mention the mental harassment caused to me can’t be compensated.
