I had ordered a micromax canvas 2 A110 on 12th december 2012 from timtara.com. The order number is 10367450 and amount is rs 9091.It was promised to be delivered within 3 weeks in the site but not yet delivered and the status is “awaiting shipment”. I had ordered items from other ecommerce site also like flipkart and letsbuy and they are very reliable and committed but timtara seems to be the worst experience. Please help me. Also I have requested them to cancel the order 4 days back with ticket 53982, but they are asking me to wait for another 3 weeks and not cancelling it.
