I have placed an online buy order from online shopping portal Timtara.com on 20-09-2012@3.38pm of 1 unit Sony Cybershot DSC-5000 14MP Digital Camera(Black)with my Credit Card amount Rs-4301 ,but after some days when timtara fails to deliver that product then i called for cancellation and demanded my money back but more than a year have been passed but i am not received any type of refund,,,,,Kindly look into the matter and guide what am i do?

I just demanded my money back as soon as possible.
