Timtara Goods / Refund Not Received

I have placed three orders 10222128, 10222130, 10222132 on 24.03.2012 on their online shopping website www.timtara.com. I paid an amount of Rs. 2,096/- through online payment. After some time I found that they have not shipped my order. I tried to contact their customer care but failed. Their one customer care no. was only for formality. After waiting for some time (almost 20 days), the status of my all these orders on their website updated as payment refund pending. I made contact to their customer care and luckily got. Their executive informed me that my ordered goods were not in stock and they are refunding my money and it will be returned back to my account. After waiting for a long time, I found that I have received no refund till that day. I again called their Customer Care and written mail but every time they told that it will be refunded back within next ten days. As such this March 2012 issue was still not resolved till September 2012. one day I again called their customer service and they told me to contact at email id “nisha@timtara.com” and nisha will make refund of my money through Demand Draft. I made a request to given mail ID but it also didn’t helped me. Today is 01.01.2013 and I am still sitting empty handed.

I lost my money (Rs. 2096/-) since 24.03.2012. I faced mental tension and loss of energy in follow up for refund.
