Sir/Madam I would like to raise my grievance through your forum taking care of consumers. I ordered a Hitachi 24 inches HD TV Model LE24T05A online at www.timtara.com on 26th JULY 2012. But till date they neither delivered the ordered Product nor refunded my advance payment of Rs.12990/- Steps taken by me: Sent many emails for reminder about 10 emails Called Many times about 25 calls but no refund nor delivery of product inspite of many false promises.at telephone# 01353051500 and 01356670700 Every time false promise by call center people refund will be made in a week. Complaint ticket booked online under reference 36866 Two weeks ago lastly a number of accounts department given by Call Center, 0120, 4267386 which is never reachable all a busy number. Lastly after a patient wait for such a long time more than five months now I am raising the issue through your forum as I am feeling now I am being cheated.
