Myself, Brijesh Pandya from Bhavnagr working as a IT Professional in PGVCL(GEB).
i have purchased 2 mobiles from Timtara.com worth Rs. 17479 on 05/02/2013. As in the Website, the product will delivered in 3 weeks but till the date i m writing i did not got my product or any type of proper confirmation from the site. I have called so many times (Minimum 15 to 20 calls per day) to their Customer Care but it is useless, no one gives proper answer. I am tired to calling there now because after trying minimum 200 times they pick up my call. Every time they tell to wait till Monday or Tuesday, right now they did not receive my any calls even i tried 100-150 times. and there is no any kind of proper response from Timesofmoney / DirectPay (Payment Gateway site)i’ve mailed there everyday i.e 25 mails till the day but neither they deliver my product nor gives my money back.Please do help and get my money back or my Product as i do not see the another source of help from Timtara because they’ve cheated so many customers.
