Dear Sir, I have ordered IFB washing machine from timtara.com on 12.2.2013 worth rs 18690/-. My order id is 10396010. I made the payment online through credit card. Company gave assurance to deliver product in 21 days. Today it’s more than 28 days. Yet company have not delivered the washing machine . I spent about 500/- rs to calling to customer care but they are not responding and providing no status of order. I emailed numerous times but they are not responding on single time. I am very much mentally harassed by this company. I have lot of hope from your side. Please help me.`
