Timtara.com is an online shopping site where you can buy consumer products with a click of a mouse online.. I have also bought a KENT UV Based Water Purifier (ULTRA) on 17th October 2012 against the payment of Rs. 4839.00 after discount. My order reference number given by them is 10339966. I was suppose to get the delivery of my product within 3 weeks i.e. on 7th November 2012… till date i havent got my product delivered. I spoke to their customer service department on the number 01356670700 and till today they have no clue what is happening. I made not less then 40 calls and finally they gave me another contact number of their dispatch team.. i.e.01204267286 and no one is answering that phone too. I would request you to even visit blogs on mouthsut.com and other site where genuine customers like me are stuck dealing with the same company and this will still happen as they are still fully functional. Their website is still running, CS department still answering the calls without any solutions, Head office phone numbers are simply ringing.. They are cheats and they are not going to send my product. I am sincerely requesting you to kindly look in to this and take the necessary action. All relevant documents can be arranged if require.

We want our product at first place. if not than money back with reasonable compensation..
