I purchased a product on www.timtara.com on August 28,2012. The product was Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 P3100 Wi-Fi, 3G, 16GB(P3100) .My order details are as follows: Order Number : 10315902 Transaction Id : 10138853 Order Date: 28th Aug 2012 06:53 pm Payment Mode: Credit Card / Debit Card Order Amount : Rs 16,891 The product is still not delivered neither have they refunded me the money. I have called them many times,mailed them many times.Now they don’t even respond to calls or mails. I had filed this complaint earlier and today when I checked saw the status as Case resolved.But I can confirm I have not received the refund nor the product.Earlier Complaint Id is 54007/2/2013. Please help me in getting back my refund.

I would like to get the refund from TIMTARA at least as early as possible.
