I ordered Micromax Canvas 2 phone (Order# 10368680) for rupees 9091 on Dec 12th and American Tourister Trolley for 2700 rupees on Dec 14th from Timtara.com. On Jan 30th, I requested a refund. After hundreds of emails and phone calls, I am unable to get back by money back. And till date, I have not received any communication from them to help me out on this issue.
