I have ordered a Mobile through www.timtara.com on 4th Feb 2012, my order#10172937, I was promised by their customer care that the product will be delivered by 3-4 days, it is more than a month now, till date timtara site shows “Awaiting Shipment”. I have put a request for cancellation of the order on 28th Feb, useless customercare says it will take 7 working days to cancel the order and another 10 days to refund the money to my card. Till date they have neither cancelled the order nor are they shipping it for delivery. Order details: Order Number : 10172937 Amount : 7199.20 Sony Xperia Tipo Mobile Phone(Tipo) Also wrote severeal mails to Kangan, Sushant, Amit but to no result.

I was suppose to Gift this mobile to my dear one on his B’day, due to non delivery of the Product I have to purchase a new set worth Rs 9000/- for his B’day as gift.

Refund of Money Paid + Rs. 9000 charges paid for a new mobile + Inconvinience Charges(i.e. Rs. 7199 + 9000 = 16199)
