Order Number 10367356, for a Samsung Galaxy Note N7000 smartphone Paid fully (in advance) by me, using Credit Card (Visa) on 12-12-2012. According to the shipment and delivery details at the time of placing the said Order, it was to be delivered to me “Within 2-3 weeks”… that is, in the week between 26-12-2012 and 2-1-2013. But no news about the order, even after repeated emails, calls, and complaints to several individuals at Timtara. Always getting false assurance that order will be shipped in another 3 weeks.

Already spent Rs. 24,999/- on this order. No news about the shipment, no concrete details about the exact delivery date (Except they keep saying please wait for another 3 weeks!) I was supposed to receive this shipment in the week of 26th Dec 2012 to 2nd Jan 2013, I still have not received any news about it. It is already 7th Jan 2013. Call center keeps requesting me to wait another 3 days, each time I call them, and everytime I get same response from Timtara team. It is a very vague, stock response that they have sent to many other consumers who are also victims of similar delays and false promises.
