Recently I have purchased a vacuum cleaner form http://www.timtara.com/ and later found that the website is fraud. So I called the customer care number given in the merchant site and requested for refund and cancellation of the product. Please find the below details for your reference. 1.Product details : Eureka Forbes Trendy Steel Vaccum Cleaner 2.Date of purchase : 23-12-2012 3.Order number : 10374666 4.Cost of damage : 5599 5.Mode of Payment : HDFC Credit card 6.Date requested for Cancellation and refund: 28-12-2012 They replied me (over phone) that the amount will be refunded only after 21 days, and a mail confirmation for money refund will be sent on monday(31st Dec 2012). So I immediately called HDFC bank and raised a complaint for not making any payment to Timtara. But bank people told me that the merchant have already filed the documents and payment is processed. As there is no response from the customer care of that website, I am helpless and approaching you. Please let me know if any additional information is required.

I would like to get my amount refund. As I have already requested for order cancellation and I did not get any product, I want my money to be refunded.
