Placed online order# 10360412 on 28-11-2012 for a Canon Powershot S95 camera by making a payment of Rs 16599/- through a credit card. The camera was to be delivered within 3 weeks but nothing has been delivered so far. For the last ten days I have been asking timtara.com to cancel the order and refund the money but even that is not happening. Have found out now that many customers are stuck like this with timtara.com.

Full refund of Rs 16599/-. Also, action should be taken against such a dubious online merchant.
