Ordered Seagate Hard Disk from Timtara Online shopping for which the amount of Rs. 4879 got debited from my account and till date i have not received the hard disk. Order date :22-02-2013 Order No. 10399634 Item name:1x seagate backup plus 1TB hard disk

Till date not received the amount refund nor product even after complaining on the website. and now even the website is not working.

I need refund of amount or product delivery.
